Role Overview

Seeking a SaaS Product Engineer with experience building scalable multi-tenant SaaS platforms, APIs, customer-facing workflows, and subscription-based product features. The role involves developing end-to-end product modules across frontend and backend systems while ensuring performance, reliability, usability, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SaaS product features across frontend and backend systems.
• Develop REST APIs, customer workflows, authentication systems, and multi-tenant product modules.
• Design scalable product architecture for subscription-based and customer-facing applications.
• Improve product performance, reliability, responsiveness, and usability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Implement role-based access control, user permissions, and account management systems.
• Integrate third-party services, payment systems, analytics tools, and external APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in testing, debugging, deployment, and continuous product improvements.

• Understanding of product analytics, billing systems, and user lifecycle workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable application architecture.
• Experience with role-based permissions, tenant management, and scalable backend systems.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent hands-on product development experience and SaaS project work will also be considered.
