Role Overview
Seeking a Healthcare IT Consultant with experience in healthcare systems, EHR integrations, clinical workflows, and healthcare compliance. The role involves supporting healthcare-focused automation, software, and data initiatives while ensuring interoperability, regulatory alignment, and scalable healthcare technology solutions across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Advise on healthcare-specific workflows, interoperability standards, and healthcare system integrations.
- Support EHR integration projects involving HL7, FHIR, clinical APIs, and healthcare data pipelines.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate clinical and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables align with HIPAA, CMS, healthcare privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Support healthcare automation, software engineering, analytics, and data modernization initiatives.
- Work with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency and system interoperability.
- Assist with healthcare data mapping, integration validation, testing, and deployment support.
- Contribute to solution documentation, implementation planning, and healthcare technology governance.
- Serve as the healthcare domain lead across enterprise software, automation, and data transformation projects.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of healthcare analytics, compliance standards, and secure healthcare data handling.
- Strong stakeholder communication, consulting, and healthcare domain expertise.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field. Relevant healthcare technology certifications and EHR integration experience are highly preferred.
