Role Overview
Seeking an Automation Engineer with experience in RPA and workflow automation to design, deploy, and maintain automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and streamline business processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business workflows and identify automation opportunities across departments.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions for repetitive business processes.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and define automation outcomes.
- Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability over time.
- Maintain process documentation, automation scripts, and deployment standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure automation solutions follow security, compliance, and scalability best practices.
